Ron joined Foci’s executive team in 2025 as a Delivery Executive, bringing over 20 years of experience leading the implementation of large scale business and digital transformation programs. Ron has strong organizational and problem solving skills, combined with deep program and project planning and delivery expertise.

As a Delivery Executive, Ron is focused on working with Foci’s clients to build and lead highly effective teams to achieve each client’s specific project objectives and desired business outcomes. Over his career, Ron has served as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams and C-suite executives in both the public and private sector.

Outside of work, Ron enjoys spending time with his family, travelling abroad and exploring the great outdoors. Ron’s hobbies include kayaking, cycling, hiking, snowshoeing and skiing.
